Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains what information Apogee Anywhere collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Apogee Anywhere is run by OPPTA CORP, doing business as Apogee Anywhere ("we," "us," "our").

1. Information we collect

  • Contact info: your name, email, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Family info: student names and details you share with us when you enroll.
  • Payment info: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
  • Community activity: posts, comments, and messages you share in our online community.
  • Website data: cookies, pages you visit, and referral links you used to find us.

2. How we use it

  • To run our program and give your family access.
  • To process payments, payment plans, and renewals.
  • To send class updates, reminders, and account messages.
  • To answer your questions.
  • To improve our classes, website, and community.
  • To track referral and affiliate rewards.

3. Children's privacy

A parent or legal guardian enrolls and manages each account. We only collect student information that a parent or guardian gives us. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has shared information with us without a parent's consent, email us and we will delete it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers that help us run our program, like our CRM and email/text platform, Stripe for payments, and Zoom for live classes. They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we may text you about your classes, account, renewals, and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us at [email protected]. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

6. Emails

We send emails about your membership, classes, and program updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our site, and track referral links. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as well.

8. Keeping your information safe

We use trusted platforms and reasonable security steps to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your family's information safe.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to see, update, or delete your personal information at any time. Just email us and we'll take care of it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we'll let you know by email.
