These terms explain how Apogee Anywhere works. Apogee Anywhere is run by OPPTA CORP, doing business as Apogee Anywhere ("we," "us," "our"). When you enroll, buy, or use our website, programs, or online community, you agree to these terms.
A parent or legal guardian age 18 or older must enroll and manage the account. Students take part under that parent or guardian's supervision. You agree to give us true and current information.
Membership includes access to live online classes, recorded lessons, learning materials, and our private online community, as described on the page where you enrolled. We may update class times, lessons, and features to improve the program.
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each term so your family doesn't lose access. Your card on file will be charged on your renewal date.
To cancel your renewal, email us at [email protected] at least 7 days before your renewal date. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the term you already paid for.
All payments are non-refundable, including renewals and payment plan installments. If something isn't working for your family, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Our community is a safe place for families. Please:
We may remove posts or remove members who don't follow these guidelines.
Live classes and events may be recorded and shared with members inside our platform. By joining a live session, you agree that your student's name, voice, and video may appear in the recording. If you'd rather your student not appear on camera, they can keep their camera off.
If you opt in, Apogee Anywhere will send you text messages about your classes, account, renewals, and program updates.
To learn how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
All lessons, videos, and materials belong to Apogee Anywhere. They are for your family's personal use only. Please don't copy, share, or resell them.
We work hard to give your family a great experience, but we can't promise specific results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we'll let you know by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
